bdoj Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1.1

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to open an account with bdoj and to use any of the services offered on the platform. By registering an account you confirm, represent, and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. bdoj reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where the age requirement is not satisfied.

1.2

Residency and Jurisdiction

The platform is intended for use by players who access it legally under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of bdoj is lawful in your location. bdoj makes no representation that the services are appropriate or available in any specific jurisdiction and accepts no liability for use of the platform in any jurisdiction where doing so may be restricted.

1.3

Acceptance of Terms

By clicking to register, by making a deposit, or by placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy. If you do not agree, you must cease using the platform immediately.

2.1

One Account Per Player

Each individual player may maintain only one registered account with bdoj at any time. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one account — whether under the same name, address, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any duplicate accounts identified may be closed without notice and all balances forfeited.

2.2

Account Information Accuracy

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your account and keep that information up to date. Providing false information — including a false date of birth, false address, or use of another person's identity or payment method — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

2.3

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any other account access information with any third party. bdoj will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact support immediately and change your password without delay.

3.1

Approved Payment Methods

bdoj accepts deposits and processes withdrawals only through officially approved payment methods. Approved methods include but are not limited to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and designated bank transfer channels (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank and others as listed in the cashier). All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdoj reserves the right to add or remove approved payment methods at any time without prior notice.

3.2

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that belongs to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. Prior to processing any withdrawal, bdoj reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, which may require submission of identity documentation. Withdrawal requests are reviewed during operational hours and are subject to minimum and maximum limits that are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

3.3

Own Funds Requirement

You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that you have a legal right to use. Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, or any unlawful activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities. bdoj is not a bank and funds held in your account do not earn interest.

4.1

Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotions are offered at the sole discretion of bdoj and are subject to individual bonus terms and conditions which will be communicated at the time of the offer. Each bonus will specify its own eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirement, minimum odds (where applicable), wagering requirements, and expiry period. Players must read the specific terms attached to each bonus before claiming it.

4.2

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated on the relevant promotion page. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the stated timeframe; any bonus or associated winnings that have not been rolled over within that period will be forfeited. Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type — slot games typically contribute 100% while table games, live casino games, and crash games may contribute a different percentage. Refer to the specific bonus terms for full contribution rates.

4.3

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse bonuses or promotions — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, colluding with other players to fulfil wagering requirements, using automated software to place wagers, or any other form of bonus exploitation — will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion, forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5.1

Player Protection Tools

bdoj provides responsible gaming tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. Players may activate these tools at any time from their account settings. bdoj encourages all players to use these tools proactively. Where a player requests a self-exclusion, bdoj will use reasonable endeavours to implement that exclusion promptly across the platform.

5.2

Underage Gaming Prevention

bdoj is committed to preventing underage gambling. The platform employs age verification measures at the point of registration and reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify a player's age. Any person found to be under 21 years of age will have their account closed immediately and all funds forfeited. Parents and guardians are reminded to keep their account access credentials away from minors.

6.1

Fraud and Cheating

Players must not engage in any form of fraud, cheating, collusion, or match-fixing in connection with any game or wager on the platform. This includes but is not limited to: using software, bots, or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage; exploiting bugs or errors in the platform's software; colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes; and any form of money laundering through the platform. Violation of this clause will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

6.2

Technical Interference

Players must not attempt to interfere with the technical operation of the platform, including its servers, databases, or game software. Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform's infrastructure, reverse-engineering any platform software, or transmitting any harmful code or malware to the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in criminal prosecution in addition to account closure.

7.1

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdoj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruption, or technical malfunction. bdoj's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7.2

Service Availability

bdoj aims to provide uninterrupted access to the platform but does not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond bdoj's reasonable control may temporarily affect platform availability. bdoj will not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability during such periods.

7.3

Amendments to These Terms

bdoj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the registered contact method or by a notice posted on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and withdraw any remaining balance from your account.
